Standard USPS Ground is free over $120, otherwise $8. Express (UPS, 2-day) $14. Priority (next day) $28. Orders ship from Brooklyn within two business days.

We’re US-only at launch. Drop a note at hello@bumpup.tennisif you’re somewhere we should ship to — that’s how we plan the next geo.

Japan-market racquets ship via our partner in Osaka. Allow 6–8 business daysfrom order. Customs paid by us; you’ll only see what’s on the receipt.

30 days from delivery, unused, in original packaging. Strung racquets are non-refundable once strung. We pay return shipping on US orders over $200.

For grip-size swaps or sizing, mark “exchange” on the return form and we’ll ship the replacement when we get yours.
